Since 1989 Carroll Construction has created aesthetically pleasing yet functional spaces. We strive to discern our clients’ vision and work conscientiously to achieve it to their satisfaction. Our team of professionals consistently delivers each project on time and under budget. We are located in Marin County, but work throughout the SF Bay Area.

Acknowledging that each job is an entity unto itself, CC utilizes a system that ensures communication from start to finish. Each project is first analyzed through a Scope of Work detail. This document allows us to create a visual flow chart on a day-by-day, week-by-week schedule.

The second part of our system is a daily summary of the work accomplished that can be compared to the scope of work detail. This is communicated to the client on a daily basis and insures feedback from the client to occur. We feel this is essential both for project progression, and for any work-order changes that need to occur.
